Very Berry Shake

Get shook with this Very Berry Shake. Forget the sugary, synthetic strawberry milk, this gut-loving smoothie is super quick, colourful and yummy for little tummies. Even picky eating kids will love this!

Serves 1


  • 125 g (412 oz/1 cup) fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana, peeled and frozen
  • 250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp Love Your Gut powder 
  • 4 ice cubes


  • Whizz all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve up and enjoy!
