I have tried this product and it is amazing! If I am feeling bloated, just one teaspoon of this powder, is enough to reduce the bloat and get my gut back in balance. I use a regular dose (daily) when I am feeling depleted, stressed or unwell (to boost the immune system). Only negative would be its tricky to take in water, I usually mix with a bit of plain yoghurt which works a treat but it is recommended on an empty stomach so I hope its ok to take it like this? Either way, this is a great product which I’d happily recommend.

I’m really interested in trying the Synbiotic capsules however I can’t find the dosage rates or how many are in a tub. I’ve always struggled with my weight but since losing my tree nursery job of 22 years (lots of strenuous work) 3 years ago I have really packed the weight on. I have recently been told I should try a gut digestive enzyme and probiotic formula and it seems fluke that yours has popped up. Can you tell me if it is one capsule with each meal or a different dosage? Thankyou from Connie xxx
