After the whirlwind of Christmas; the celebrations, the extra treats, the late nights, I always start to notice my body asking for a bit of extra care. My digestion slows, my energy dips, and I start craving the foods and routines that make me feel balanced again. As a clinical nutritionist, I see this same pattern with so many of my clients this time of year, that gentle signal from the body saying, “Let’s reset”.
