GET GUT SMART FOR THE SILLY SEASON

The silly season is upon us, and I, for one, can’t wait. A little (or a lot) of silly is just what I need. Along with the joy and festivities comes the temptation to indulge in hearty meals, late-night parties, and all-around merry-making. Twist my rubber arm!

As we gear up for the seasonal feasts, it's smart to ensure our gut is ready to handle the festivities without feeling like a stuffed turkey. In this blog, I'm here to guide you on how to supercharge your gut IQ to leave you feeling light, energized, and ready to get your silly on.

1. Pre-Party Prepping with Prebiotics and Probiotics

Before you dive into the holiday cheer, consider giving your gut a boost with prebiotics and probiotics. Probiotics are the friendly bacteria that support a healthy gut microbiome. A balanced gut microbiome can improve digestion and help your body process heavy meals more efficiently. Prebiotics are what probiotics thrive on.
