Supercharged Green Smoothie

Loving your gut is easy! There’s no need to change your life to change your gut. Just add a little Love Your Gut powder to whatever you do daily. Try this simple and scrumptious supercharged green smoothie to get your gut off on the right foot this morning!


  • Frozen banana
  • Large handful of spinach
  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 level tablespoon of Love Your Gut powder
  • 1 cup of milk of your choice or water


    • Blend all ingredients together and pour into your favourite glass
    • Top with chia seeds, coconut flakes or Golden Gut Granola Clusters
